Fareeha Aziz (LAWYER)
Fareeha Aziz, Barrister and Solicitor is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. She has over fifteen years of experience working in the legal sector. Her practice includes Immigration Law, Real Estate and Commercial Law, and she is a proud nominee for RBC's Women's Entrepreneur Award. She brings her years of experience working in the areas of immigration, real estate, social justice and law reform. Fareeha specializes in real estate law and in all areas of immigration law. Her work includes drafting arguments for complex immigration cases, family sponsorships, economic immigration, LMIAs, responses to procedural fairness letters, and appeals. Fareeha specializes in refugee hearings and refugee appeals, along with judicial review and stay of removal matters at the Federal Court. Fareeha holds a master's in law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. She is an experienced Mediation Coach with a demonstrated history of working in the alternative dispute resolution industry. She is skilled in Negotiation, Legal Advice, Program Development, Mediation, and Community Outreach.
